Welcome to AquaStream.in. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you access our website, create an account, place an order, purchase products or use services available through AquaStream.in.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility to Place an Order

You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally capable of entering into a contract, to place an order independently on AquaStream.in.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should place the order on your behalf.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout or through your account is accurate and complete.

Products, Prices and Availability

All prices displayed on AquaStream.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices include applicable GST. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Prices, discounts, product specifications and availability may change from time to time. A later price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product stock information accurate, but an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this happens, we may contact you and offer an appropriate option such as a refund, store credit or a suitable substitute product with your agreement.

AquaStream.in will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without informing you.

Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation or payment notification by email, SMS, WhatsApp or through your AquaStream account.

An automated confirmation does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.

We may contact you if there is a problem with payment, stock availability, delivery serviceability, address information, pricing or another order-related issue.

AquaStream.in may cancel an order where there is a payment failure, obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, delivery restriction or another reasonable operational issue.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment gateways made available during checkout.

AquaStream.in does not normally store your complete card details, UPI PIN or internet banking credentials. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected products, orders or locations, including certain deliveries within Bhopal. Availability and any applicable minimum order value or other conditions will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Payment methods may be added, changed or removed from time to time.

Shipping and Delivery

AquaStream.in ships aquarium products across India wherever suitable delivery services are available.

Orders are generally dispatched from our warehouse in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, subject to stock availability.

Standard delivery usually takes approximately 2 to 6 business days, although actual delivery times depend on the product, destination, courier service and other factors.

Express or faster delivery may be available for selected products and locations.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, logistics delays, regional restrictions, public holidays, courier serviceability or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN code and contact number. Incorrect or incomplete details can result in delays, failed delivery or a returned shipment.

Livestock and Aquatic Plants

Livestock and aquatic plants are living and perishable products and therefore require different handling from normal aquarium equipment and accessories.

We take reasonable care when preparing and packing live products, but transportation of living organisms carries risks that cannot be eliminated.

Livestock may be transported through Indian Railways parcel services or another delivery method appropriate for the order.

Customers should receive or collect live shipments promptly and follow any handling or acclimation instructions provided.

Livestock and aquatic plants cannot normally be physically returned after delivery.

However, this does not prevent an eligible arrival-condition claim. Where appropriate, a claim may be reviewed using an unboxing video, photographs, proof of purchase and other required evidence.

Natural variation in livestock or plants, including reasonable differences in size, colour, growth form or appearance, does not automatically mean that the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Products eligible for a standard return should normally be reported to AquaStream.in within 5 days of delivery.

Eligible products should generally be unused, in the condition in which they were received, and accompanied by the original packaging and supplied accessories where applicable.

Certain products have special return conditions or cannot normally be returned. These may include livestock, aquatic plants, loose hardscape materials, soil, sand, rocks, gravel, glass or acrylic aquariums, gift cards and digital products.

A product being non-returnable does not necessarily prevent an eligible damage, defect or arrival-condition claim.

For certain products, including livestock, aquatic plants, aquarium filters, LED lights and pumps, a clear unboxing video may be required when making a claim involving damage, condition, missing parts or incorrect supply.

Products should not be sent back without prior approval from AquaStream.in. If a physical return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.

Do not send returns to an AquaStream stocking partner or pickup location unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Aquarium Equipment and Warranties

Certain aquarium products such as filters, pumps, LED lights and other electrical equipment may include a manufacturer or distributor warranty.

Where a warranty applies, some faults may need to be handled through the manufacturer, authorised distributor or service centre rather than through the normal return process.

Customers should not open, modify or attempt to repair electrical equipment if doing so could affect the warranty or our ability to assess a claim.

Where the relevant information is available, AquaStream.in may assist with identifying the appropriate warranty route. The actual warranty terms, repair decisions and processing times may be controlled by the manufacturer or distributor.

Promotions, Discounts and Coupons

AquaStream.in may offer promotions, discount codes, clearance sales, festive offers or other special pricing from time to time.

Such offers may have specific validity periods, product exclusions, minimum order values or other conditions.

We may change or withdraw a promotion before an order is placed.

Products purchased at a discount may have different change-of-mind return conditions. However, a discounted price does not by itself remove eligibility for a valid claim involving a defective, damaged or incorrect product.

Website Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

Please keep your name, email address, phone number and delivery details accurate and up to date.

AquaStream.in may restrict or suspend an account where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, unauthorised access or misuse of the website.

Information associated with your account is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Product Information and Images

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices and photographs.

Manufacturers may occasionally change packaging, labels, colours, product design or specifications without prior notice.

Images are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible, but appearance may vary because of screen settings, natural variation, lighting, packaging updates or manufacturer changes.

This is particularly relevant to natural aquarium materials, aquatic plants and livestock, where individual products may not look identical to the representative image.

If we discover a material error in a product listing after an order is placed, we may contact you before processing or dispatching the order.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

The AquaStream name, branding, original website content, graphics, photographs, tools and other materials created by AquaStream are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Some product images, trademarks, descriptions and specifications may belong to manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers or other third parties.

You may use AquaStream.in for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or modify protected AquaStream content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Reviews and User-Submitted Content

Customers may be able to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, videos or other content through AquaStream.in.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit is truthful, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.

We may moderate or remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, misleading, irrelevant, unlawful, spam or otherwise inappropriate for the website.

Reviews represent the individual experience or opinion of the person submitting them and do not necessarily represent AquaStream.in.
